摘要:
近年来，小凉山地区教育投入逐年增加，教育基础设施建设、设备配置、教师培训、学生资助等方面得到明显改善，学生入学率、升学率显著提升，教育事业快速发展。选取小凉山马边彝族自治县、峨边彝族自治县、金口河区3个区县的调研数据，对其综合扶贫开发中2010—2012年教育投入进行绩效评价研究，分别从投入、配置、产出3方面构建指标体系，运用层次分析法对指标进行权重计算，并得出绩效评价得分。结论显示3个区县总体绩效呈平稳增长趋势，但地区间存在差异，教育扶贫资金的投入是影响绩效的关键因素，为此提出相应的政策措施建议。
