摘要:
为了探索茶叶中总铁含量测定的新方法,利用湿法把茶叶消化,使茶叶中的铁游离出来,加入NH2OH·HCl使Fe3+还原为Fe2+,再加入K3[Fe(CN)6],Fe2+与K3[Fe(CN)6]生成可溶性普鲁士蓝,再通过测定普鲁士蓝的吸光度来测定茶叶中总铁的含量。Fe3+含量在0.02~9.60 μg/mL均具有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程D=0.184 2C+0.028 8(D为吸光度;C为质量浓度,μg/mL),相关系数r=0.999。测定了市售3种茶叶中铁的含量,平均加样回收率为97.47%。该法具有分析成本低、试剂无毒、操作简单、灵敏度高、线性范围较宽、仪器普及率高等优点。
