摘要:
红外辐射加热干燥是利用红外加热器发射出的红外线照射到被加热物料上,并被吸收转化成热能而实现加热和干燥,具有干燥时间短、产品品质较好和营养损失少、装备结构简单、形式多样、占用空间小等特点,是一种节能环保的干燥技术。在阐述当前国内外果蔬红外干燥加工及联合其他干燥技术研究应用现状的基础上,提出红外联合其他干燥技术是今后的研究方向和发展趋势。
