摘要:
观察并描述了宽督车轮虫和扬子拟车轮虫,用国际间统一的干银法染色以显示车轮虫的附着盘结构和口围绕度,用甲基绿-派洛宁或怀特-吉姆萨染色以显示细胞核结构。用Lom倡导的“统一的特定方法”进行测量,用Bassion 等于2002年提供的方法描述车轮虫的齿体。宽督车轮虫和扬子拟车轮虫分别采集于乌鳢、斑点叉尾[XCZ11.tif]的鳃部。宽督车轮虫在我国是新记录种,在亚洲也是新记录种,乌鳢是宽督车轮虫的首记录寄主,斑点叉尾[XCZ11.tif]是扬子拟车轮虫的首记录寄主。
