摘要:
通过静态吸附与解吸试验对5种大孔吸附树脂进行筛选,结果表明:X-5型树脂对石榴花多酚表现出最好的吸附性能与解吸效果,适宜作为纯化石榴花多酚的树脂。通过单因素试验进一步优化X-5树脂对石榴花多酚的纯化条件,所得最佳上样条件为:上样液浓度3.1 g/L,pH值 2.0,上样液流速2 mL/min;最佳洗脱条件:洗脱液为70%乙醇溶液,洗脱流速为2 mL/min,洗脱体积为80 mL。
