摘要:
为建立高效稳定的红掌(Anthurium andraeanum)组培快繁技术体系,以红掌品种阿拉巴马、火焰为材料,研究了培养基、外植体、外源激素对阿拉巴马、火焰愈伤诱导、芽分化、组培苗生根的影响。结果表明:适宜愈伤诱导的基本培养基和激素为1/4 MS添加6-BA 0.5 mg/L+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L;不同品种适宜愈伤诱导的外植体不同,阿拉巴马适宜愈伤诱导的外植体为叶片,火焰为叶柄;适宜芽分化和增殖的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L;适宜生根的培养基为1/2MS+IBA 1.0mg/L。
