摘要:
以拟南芥野生型(wild type,WT)、突变体col7、以及CONSTANS LIKE 7 (COL7)过量表达转基因株系COL7-OX-10和COL7-OX-11为材料,分别研究COL7对拟南芥向地性、侧根、子叶形状的影响。结果表明,COL7参与调控拟南芥向地性、根、子叶的发育。
