摘要:
以含有红色荧光(细胞核)的稻瘟病菌菌株Guy11-H1:RFP为研究对象,利用激光共聚焦显微镜和扫描电子显微镜在4种胁迫条件下对其生长和菌丝形态进行研究。结果表明,Guy11-H1:RFP在4种胁迫条件下生长变慢;在KCl处理下,菌丝局部不规则膨大,隔膜间距变短,菌丝塌陷;NaCl处理下,菌丝呈现片段化,塌陷,且2种条件下,细胞核分布均受到影响。H2O2和SDS处理下,菌丝形态不受影响。
