摘要:
以金银花和银杏叶为原料,探讨金银花、银杏叶复合饮料制备的工艺配方。结果表明,金银花和银杏叶在料水质量比分别为1 ∶15和1 ∶10时出汁率较高;金银花、银杏叶复合饮料的最佳配方为:22%金银花汁、10%银杏叶汁、8%白砂糖、0.13%柠檬酸、0.1%复合稳定剂甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)和0.1%黄原胶。
