摘要:
以维生素B6正常、缺乏、恢复、增强型食物饲喂小鼠,以血浆中维生素B6主要形式磷酸吡哆醛水平为评价指标,以小鼠体质量和血糖水平为考察因素,通过饮食营养缺乏构建获得维生素B6营养缺乏小鼠模型。结果表明,维生素B6营养缺乏小鼠血浆中磷酸吡哆醛未能检测,恢复组小鼠血浆中磷酸吡哆醛水平(215.67 pg/mL)得到较大的恢复,与对照组(157.00 pg/mL)之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);且维生素B6营养增强组小鼠血浆中磷酸吡哆醛水平(341.67 pg/mL)显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);维生素B6营养缺乏4周后小鼠平均体质量(15.62 g)显著低于维生素B6正常小鼠(18.31 g),补充维生素B6后小鼠体质量迅速恢复;同时,缺乏期维生素B6营养缺乏小鼠的空腹血糖水平始终低于正常小鼠,补充维生素B6后其水平恢复缓慢。
