摘要:
旨在了解矮小型溧阳鸡杂交后代的肉用性能特点,为其进一步开发利用提供依据。选取30羽12周龄矮小型溧阳鸡杂交后代为研究对象,测定其屠宰性能及常规肉品质性状。结果表明,12周龄矮小型溧阳鸡杂交后代公、母鸡质量分别为2 152.87、1 686.60 g;公鸡的质量、屠质量、半净膛质量、全净膛质量、腿肌质量、胸肌率均极显著高于母鸡(P<0.01);公鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、腿肌率、腹脂质量与母鸡之间均无显著性差异;公、母鸡之间的pH值、剪切力、失水率均无明显差异。综合屠宰性能与肉品质测定指标结果,矮小型溧阳鸡杂交后代具有良好的肉用性能和肉品质性状。
