摘要:
将抱卵克氏原螯虾的离体幼虾按体质量分为大、中、小3组,进行2次选育,每次试验均设3个平行组,进行选育后代生长特性的研究。结果表明:各种规格幼虾培育40 d后,体质量和体长均有极显著变化(P<0.01),存活率均超过50%,大规格幼虾增质量率和体长增长率显著高于其他规格幼虾(P<0.01)。继续培育40 d后发现,大规格螯虾之间的大小差异在减小,而3种规格螯虾种群之间的竞争更加强烈,存活率均低于50%,尤其大规格螯虾之间尤为突出。小规格螯虾的增质量率和体长增长率显著高于其他规格螯虾(P<0.01)。
