摘要:
为了检测对PI3K/Akt信号通路在巨噬细胞内布鲁氏菌存活的影响,将布鲁氏菌粗糙型菌株RB51和光滑型菌株S2308分别侵染细胞,应用Western blot技术检测RB51和S2308和对巨噬细胞内p-Akt(S473)和p-Akt(T308)表达的影响;用MTT法检测抑制剂LY294002(LY)对细胞活性的影响;通过菌落计算法,检测抑制剂LY对胞内菌RB51和S2308存活的影响。结果表明,粗糙型菌株RB51和光滑型菌株S2308都可激活 PI3K/Akt信号通路,但粗糙
