摘要:
为了解十字花科根肿病对小白菜生长的影响,为小白菜根肿病研究提供参考,采用注射法、菌土法和蘸根法进行小白菜根肿菌接种,并使用最佳接种方法在小白菜不同生长期对其接种,进行了小白菜根肿病发病调查时期比较以及小白菜不同浓度根肿菌接种比较等试验。结果表明:注射法以69.44%的发病率、高达60.71%的病情指数以及操作简便的特点,更适合大量材料的接种鉴定;小白菜的整个生长期都能感病,且受侵染越早,发病率和病情指数越高;小白菜接种根肿菌30 d时根部能够观察到明显的根肿,且接种时间越久,病情指数越高;根肿菌接种浓度在1×106个/g(干土)时能够引起小白菜76.67%的发病率,病情指数为55.71%。
