摘要:
在设施拱棚内对大蒜进行水培试验,研究硫硒互作对青蒜苗生长及抗氧化能力的影响。结果发现,低硫浓度下青蒜苗各生长指标随硒浓度升高而增大,3、6 μmol/L硒处理下地上部鲜质量比对照分别增加了34.0%、829%,差异达到了极显著水平;而高硫浓度下生长指标与硒无明显关联。S2Se3处理下大蒜叶片色素含量与对照无明显差异,但S2Se6处理下色素含量下降,在同一硒浓度下S2处理下色素含量高于S4处理。叶片与假茎中维生素C含量在S2Se3处理下均明显升高,但S2Se6处理降低了维生素C含量,S4浓度下结果与之相反。此外,S2Se3处理中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶活性均高于S2Se6与S4Se3处理;而高硒处理结果与之相反。施硒在2个硫浓度下均降低了青蒜苗中丙二醛含量。水培条件下,综合各指标以S2Se3处理对大蒜生长发育最为有利。
