摘要:
选取18头患不同程度隐性乳房炎奶牛和6头健康奶牛为试验动物,采集乳汁,分离乳清,利用比色法检测乳清中LDH、NAG活性,研究奶牛隐性乳房炎发病与乳清中LDH、NAG活性的关系。结果表明,随着隐性乳房炎病情加重,乳清中LDH、NAG活性呈升高的趋势。乳清中LDH、NAG活性与奶牛隐性乳房炎发病严重程度呈正相关性,随着体细胞数增加和乳腺炎症的加剧,乳清中LDH、NAG活性随之升高。
