摘要:

江苏省推进现代农业建设，转变农业发展方式，优化农业结构取得显著成绩，但同时供给侧也积累了一些问题。如农产品供给不能适应消费结构升级需要，农业经营效率不高，资源环境压力大，区域农业发展不平衡等问题。推进农业供给侧结构性改革，一要坚持生产面向市场，供给契合消费，大力实施农业结构性改革，实现农产品供给由水平均衡向高水平均衡的跃升；二要坚持以提高供给效率为核心，优化农业生产要素配置，构建现代农业产业体系，促进农业产业结构转型升级；三要坚持以转变农业发展方式为抓手，加快形成资源利用高效、生态系统稳定、产地环境良好、产品质量安全的农业可持续发展新格局。
