摘要:
为了研究MyoD基因在鸡生长发育与肉质形成中的作用,以泸宁鸡为研究对象,采用RT-PCR技术克隆MyoD基因序列,并利用生物信息学的方法,对其氨基酸同源性、理化性质等进行分析和预测。结果表明:泸宁鸡MyoD基因序列长度为988 bp,其编码的蛋白含299个氨基酸残基,具有碱性螺旋-环-螺旋结构(bHLH);根据MyoD基因比对,构建的进化树显示泸宁鸡与人等哺乳动物的同源性为63%~67%,与原鸡、绿头鸭、游隼的同源性为 94%~99%。
