摘要:
根据河南省冬小麦越冬冻害发生特点,结合前人研究成果选取越冬期内最大降温幅度、平均气温、负积温、极端最低气温和冬前平均气温作为致灾因子,建立冬小麦越冬冻害指数(FI)。利用1980—2011年河南省115个气象观测站的历史观测数据,计算出各站逐年冻害指数,运用经验正交函数法(EOF)分析冬小麦越冬冻害的时空分布规律,采用正态分布概率密度函数统计出各站各冻害等级的气候风险概率,并对河南省冬小麦越冬冻害进行气候风险区划。结果表明,越冬冻害高风险区主要位于新乡市、焦作市、郑州市、信阳市等地,低风险区主要位于洛阳市、平顶山市、周口市和驻马店市等部分地区,总体来看,冻害综合气候风险分布与重度冻害的概率分布相近。从气候特征来看,郑州市、焦作市、新乡市等地的冻害应属于冬季长寒型冻害,信阳市等地的冻害应属于温度骤降型冻害。
