摘要:
从我国当前经济形势来看，我国经济由原来的高速发展转为中速增长，经济发展也出现了新特征，其中农业发展的内外环境正在发生巨大变化，宿迁市也不例外，主要表现在农业发展基础更加雄厚，主要农产品供给充足，物质装备条件不断提高，新技术、新模式、新业态加速涌现，发展机遇十分难得，但是其中还存在着一些问题，如产业布局不平衡、产品供需不协调、生产经营不可持续等。因此在新常态下继续强化农业地位，深化农村改革，促进农民增收，才能使我国国民经济得到良好的发展。
