摘要:
以6个不同鲜食蚕豆品种为材料,研究NaCl胁迫对鲜食蚕豆苗期株高、主根长、干鲜质量等生长指标的影响。结果表明,100 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下株高、主根长、干鲜质量等生长指标在品种间差异显著,通过灰色关联分析,地上部干质量和地上部鲜质量与苗期耐盐性的关联度较大,并综合评价出参试品种苗期耐盐性大小依次为:海门大青皮>陵西一寸>日本大白皮>通蚕鲜6号>苏蚕2号>启豆5号。筛选出1份耐盐品种海门大青皮,1份盐害敏感品种启豆5号,为鲜食蚕豆的产业发展及进一步开展其耐盐机制研究奠定了基础。
