摘要:
研究了金属离子Na1,2,3+、Al1,2,33+、Cu1,2,32+对烟草、西府海棠、紫叶李以及日本晚樱花粉萌发、花粉管生长的影响。结果发现:与茄科植物烟草花粉相比,蔷薇科植物西府海棠、紫叶李和日本晚樱花粉对Cu1,2,32+更为敏感,0.000 1 mmol/L就能明显抑制这3种植物的花粉萌发和花粉管生长,烟草花粉对Cu1,2,32+敏感浓度则是0.001 0 mmol/L。然而,2个科物种的花粉对Al1,2,33+的表现恰恰相反,蔷薇科植物的花粉对Al1,2,33+表现出较高的耐受性,1 mmol/L Al1,2,33+才能明显抑制花粉萌发和花粉管生长;而茄科植物烟草则表现得较敏感,抑制浓度为0.01 mmol/L。2个科植物的花粉对Na1,2,3+均有很高的耐受力,烟草花粉萌发和花粉管生长在100 mmol/L Na1,2,3+处理下才受到明显抑制;对西府海棠和紫叶李花粉,Na1,2,3+抑制浓度为10 mmol/L,而日本晚樱花粉在100 mmol/L Na1,2,3+情况下仍能正常生长。由此,说明了不同的物种对胞外金属离子存在不同的耐受能力。
