摘要:
为探讨在未来海洋酸化背景下重金属对贝类免疫的影响,在实验室条件下设置0.05、0.50、5.00 mg/L 3种硝酸铅质量浓度,以0 mg/L作为对照,比较正常海水(pH值8.0)与酸化海水(pH值7.6)条件下铅胁迫对近江牡蛎鳃组织溶菌酶含量的影响。结果表明,低pH值高铅质量浓度组[pH值7.6,Pb(NO3)2质量浓度5.00 mg/L]的鳃组织溶菌酶含量随时间的延长直线下降,其余各试验组的鳃组织溶菌酶含量总体呈先下降、后上升、再下降的变化趋势。至30 d时,对照组[pH值8.0,Pb(NO3)2质量浓度0.00 mg/L]的溶菌酶含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),而低pH值高铅质量浓度组显著低于其他组(P<0.05),酸化组的近江牡蛎鳃组织溶菌酶含量均低于正常海水组,差异显著(P<0.05)。在2种pH值条件下,近江牡蛎鳃组织溶菌酶含量均随硝酸铅质量浓度的增加而降低。研究表明,近江牡蛎长时间暴露于低pH值、铅胁迫或低pH值与铅胁迫共存的环境下,均导致其鳃组织溶菌酶含量降低、免疫力下降;海洋酸化和铅对近江牡蛎具有联合毒性效应。
