摘要:
近年来由番茄黄化曲叶病毒(tomato yellow leaf curl virus,TYLCV)导致的番茄黄化曲叶病给江苏省及周边地区番茄生产造成了惨重的损失,除番茄外,TYLCV还可以侵染多种作物及杂草,这些非番茄寄主在番茄黄化曲叶病的周年发生中起着重要的作用。为明确TYLCV的寄主范围,2012—2014年对TYLCV在江苏省及周边地区的寄主范围进行了调查。结果显示,除番茄外TYLCV还可以侵染菜豆,并导致严重的矮化及皱缩症状,暗示TYLCV的发生可能成为菜豆种植的新威胁。杂草寄主的调查结果显示,TYLCV可以侵染铁苋菜、皱果苋,暗示这2种杂草是TYLCV的中间寄主,可能在TYLCV的周年循环中起作用。
