摘要:
利用安卡红种公鸡新鲜精液,在A、B等2种稀释液稀释后分别添加不同浓度的L-半胱氨酸,测定精子活率和精子畸形率,比较不同浓度的半胱氨酸对鸡精液在常温保存下的效果。结果表明,在常温下保存,在A稀释液中添加1.0 mmol/L L-半胱氨酸的鸡精液的各项指标值均比不添加和添加5.0 mmol/L L-半胱氨酸的好(P<0.05),且保存效果较为理想。在B稀释液中添加1.0、5.0 mmol/L L-半胱氨酸的精子有效存活时间极显著高于对照组(P<001);随着L-半胱氨酸添加量的增多,生存指数值变大,且以添加5.0mmol/L L-半胱氨酸最高,但与添加 1.0 mmol/L L-半胱氨酸间差异不显著(P>0.05)。但是,2种稀释液中是否添加L-半胱氨酸对精子畸形率影响不大(P>0.05)。
