摘要:
应用数码体视显微镜观察采自新疆库车县羊体寄生蜱虫的形态学特征,应用分子生物学分析方法对采集的蜱虫进行线粒体16S rDNA基因序列扩增、测序,运用MEGA 6.0软件邻接法(neighbour-joining,简称NJ)构建遗传进化树,确定蜱虫的进化生物学特征。结果表明,新疆库车县的蜱种主要为图兰扇头蜱,分子水平上具有较高的生物多样性。
