摘要:
对新疆的2个枣材料(哈密大枣、哈密玉枣)进行RAPD分析,最终从18条随机引物中筛选出2条稳定性较好的引物,能够将这2个材料区分开来。研究结果为从分子水平上鉴定这2个材料提供了研究基础。
