摘要:
苜蓿尺蠖核型多角体病毒(AcMNPV)芋螺毒素类似多肽(CTL)具有酚氧化酶抑制剂活性,在农业害虫的生物防治领域具有潜在的应用价值。为了揭示杆状病毒ctl基因的进化特点,对杆状病毒CTLs进行多序列比对分析和分类研究。结果表明,杆状病毒CTLs可分为Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型,2种类型的CTLs都具有相同的二硫键骨架,但涉及昆虫酚氧化酶抑制剂活性的酪氨酸残基在2种类型CTLs中的数目、位置明显不同;另外,Ⅰ型CTLs、Ⅱ型CTLs的理化性质也存在明显差异,疏水性氨基酸平均含量分别为29.7%、21.3%,净电荷平均值分别为-3.56、+0.507,等电点平均值分别为3.86、7.32。由此推测,Ⅰ型CTLs、Ⅱ型CTLs在功能上可能存在着重要分化。
