摘要:
以5个品种长寿花的叶片和茎段为试验材料,开展长寿花试管苗繁育研究,探讨光照强度及不同植物激素组合对愈伤诱导率、丛芽诱导率、增殖系数等方面的影响。结果发现,不同品种之间存在差异,月桂、节日、霍恩愈伤诱导最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA;西伦的为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA;紫缤的为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA。月桂、西伦丛芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,节日的为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,紫缤、霍恩的为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA。月桂增殖最佳培养基为MS+0.2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L ZT+0.3 mg/L NAA,节日为MS+0.4 mg/L ZT+0.3 mg/L NAA,西伦、霍恩的为MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA+0.4 mg/L ZT+0.2 mg/L NAA,紫缤的为MS+0.4 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA。花泥作为载体进行瓶外生根,生根率达90%以上,最佳光照度为2 500 lx。
