摘要:
采集具有炭疽病症状的红富士果实样品进行组织分离、培养,获得苹果炭疽病菌株(编号为Acg1),采用形态学、分子生物学相结合的方法对其进行鉴定。根据分离菌株的菌落、分生孢子形态特征、rDNA-ITS序列分析将分离到的Acg1菌株鉴定为胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides)。
