摘要:
为更好地溶解水稻叶片疏水蛋白,比较4种常用裂解液{分别含有4% 3-[(3-胆酰胺丙基)二甲胺]-1-丙磺酸(CHAPS)、2% CHAPS+2% SB3-10、4% ASB-14、4% TritonX-100去垢剂}配方对水稻叶片疏水蛋白溶解性的影响。结果表明,含有4% CHAPS去垢剂的裂解液对水稻叶片疏水蛋白的溶解效果最佳。
