摘要:
从新疆发展高效节水现代农业的理论因素入手，包括农业生产条件、农业生产方式、农业种植结构特点、农户特征、农业经营组织形式、区域差异因素；其次，选取9个变量建立了混合效应模型、固定效应模型和随机效应模型，固定效应模型通过检验，模型结果显示，新疆水土资源禀赋、农业区域专业化程度、农户兼业化程度以及节水政策影响最为显著；最后，根据研究结论提出新疆发展高效节水现代农业的政策措施：推进土地流转和适度规模化经营；加快城镇化进程，转移农村隐形剩余劳动力；农业区域专业化生产；适当减少粮食作物播种面积；完善节水。
