摘要:
在新型城镇化战略背景下，探究农民对新型信息通信技术(ICT)采纳决策的影响因素和影响强度，对于优化农村信息化推广策略，落实“互联网+农业”战略部署具有重要意义。基于北京市郊区3个区54个村的实地调查数据，融合技术扩散理论和理性行为理论，采用Logit模型分析影响农民对新型ICT技术应用采纳的决定因素。结果表明，教育程度、转移就业状况、对ICT应用的感知有用性、易用性对农民采纳决策有显著的正向作用，而以往的设备下乡、网络接入等信息化推广措施对加强农业与“互联网+”的融合作用有限。应加强信息技能培训，针对农民需求开发实用、易用的互联网应用程序，让农民从“互联网＋农业”中获益。
