摘要:
以15年生赤霞珠葡萄为试材,研究6 750、6 000、5 250、4 500 m3/hm2这4种灌水定额对赤霞珠花前、果实膨大期、果实转色期土壤水势变化和果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同葡萄生育期,不同灌水定额对土壤水势的变化明显,降低灌水定额,能有效提升土壤吸水力,并提高土壤水分利用率;适度减少灌水定额,可有效提高枝条茎流量,显著提高果实可溶性固形物、花色素、单宁含量,极显著提高总酚含量,显著降低可滴定酸含量;4种灌水定额处理中以 5 250 m3<
