摘要:
以笔者所在实验室提供,从新鲜奶样中初步分离并通过生理生化鉴定的大肠杆菌为研究对象,设计一对特异性引物,PCR技术检测分离的大肠杆菌。结果表明,扩增的16S rRNA序列大小为1 419 bp,与GenBank上发表的大肠杆菌16S rRNA序列核苷酸同源性为96%,从分子水平上确定分离的菌为大肠杆菌。这为奶牛隐性乳房炎的分子生物学鉴定奠定了基础。
