摘要:
为了研究秸秆腐熟菌剂微生物组成,采用平板计数和高通量测序技术,考察秸秆腐熟菌剂的微生物数量和组成;同时将腐熟菌剂接种到以玉米秸秆和牛粪为材料的堆肥中,研究不同腐熟剂的腐熟效果。结果显示,3种秸秆腐熟剂均由细菌、真菌、放线菌复合而成,活菌数为3.3×1010~19.1×1010 CFU/g,细菌约占活菌总数的99.9%,南华腐熟剂中有效活菌数和细菌数最多。3种腐熟剂样品细菌存在明显差异,康源腐熟剂以肠球菌(Enterococcus)为主,宜春腐熟剂以芽胞杆菌(Bacillus)和侧孢芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus)为主,南华腐熟剂以魏斯式菌(Weissella)和芽胞杆菌为主,真菌均为酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces servazzii)。3种腐熟剂均能促进玉米秸秆腐熟,加快腐熟进程,其中以南华腐熟剂的腐熟效果最好。说明腐熟剂菌种组成是决定腐熟效果的关键因素,接种适宜腐熟菌能加速秸秆腐熟。
