摘要:
研究了中温湿式NaOH预处理的NaOH质量百分数(相对TS)、预处理时间、预处理温度对玉米秸秆成分木质素、半纤维素、纤维素、发酵产气量、产气周期的影响,旨在获得最佳预处理条件。结果发现,NaOH可以有效去除木质素,但是短期(15 h) 内预处理对纤维素影响不大;NaOH预处理玉米秸秆最佳条件为6%、50 ℃、12 h;最高产气量为 4 402.2 mL,比未预处理秸秆产气量提高45.22%。1%~6%浓度的NaOH预处理均可降低厌氧发酵DT80
