摘要:
比较红光、蓝光、白光3种不同的光质对人工培育葛仙米(Nostoc sphaeroides Kützing)的生理影响。结果表明:不同颜色的光对葛仙米的生长、光合色素、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量均有影响。葛仙米以叶绿素含量表示的总生物量以及比生长速率大小顺序为红光>白光>蓝光;叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素、藻蓝蛋白含量大小顺序为红光>白光>蓝光;别藻蓝蛋白、藻红蛋白含量大小顺序为白光>红光>蓝光;类胡萝卜素、藻蓝蛋白、别藻蓝蛋白、藻红蛋白与叶绿素a含量的比值大小顺序为蓝光>白光>红光;葛仙米可溶性蛋白含量大小顺序为蓝光>白光>红光;可溶性糖含量大小顺序为红光>白光>蓝光。因此,在葛仙米的人工养殖过程中,应结合实际需要选择不同的光质作为光源。
