摘要:
以烤烟品种云烟87为材料,通过覆盖白、红、黄、蓝、紫色滤膜获得不同光质,研究了烟草叶片在70 d生长发育期内,光质对烟叶生长进程、叶绿素含量、光合作用及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:①与白膜处理相比,处理14 d,红、紫膜处理的叶长显著增加,各处理叶宽、株高、茎围差异不显著;在14~42 d处理下,蓝膜处理对叶长、叶宽、株高抑制明显,增加茎围粗度;②处理14~42 d,蓝、黄膜促进光合色素含量降解,处理42~70 d,蓝、紫膜延缓烟叶衰老,红膜在整个生长过程中都促进光合色素的合成;③处理14~70 d,与黄膜处理相比,红、蓝、紫膜处理有较高的净光合速率Pn、PSⅡ最大光化学量子效率Fv/Fm、PSⅡ实际光化学量子效率ФPSⅡ、光化学淬灭系数qP。结果表明,烟草不同生长期对光质的反应不同,红光、蓝光、紫光有利于烟叶的生长发育,黄光对烟叶生长的抑制作用明显。
