摘要:
农村金融是农村经济发展的基础，对推动农业现代化发展、着力解决“三农”问题及落实全面发展观意义重大。随着信息化建设的不断发展，农村互联网金融与新常态下的“三农”逐步交融，加速了农村金融信息流和资金流的流转速率，并成为促进农业发展、繁荣农村经济的重要力量。然而，我国农村互联网金融还面临多方面的掣肘和挑战，迫切须要对农村互联网金融运行机制进行深化改革，以促进农村经济的快速发展。
