摘要:
乡镇林业工作站是林业系统基层的组织机构，在基层林业管理与服务中肩负着重要职能。它是林业的基石及各项林业工作的落脚点，是林业部门联系广大林农的桥梁和纽带，是党和国家各项林业政策、项目工程的操盘手，在社会主义新农村建设中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文阐述乡镇林业工作站的性质及主要职责，总结建设现状，分析存在的问题。当前乡镇林业工作站建设面临着管理体制不完善、人员编制少、建设资金匮乏、职工整体素质偏低和林业相关法律法规不完善等问题，严重制约着乡镇林业工作站的建设与发展。针对这些突出且亟须解决的问题应加强完善和改进乡镇林业工作站，结合实际提出增加投入，加强队伍建设，优化管理模式和管理制度，完善法律法规等发展对策，以促进生态文明与和谐社会的发展。
