- 文化建设是促进农业科研院所提升科技创新能力的动力源泉。依据文化建设促进科技创新能力提升的相关原理，针对江苏省农业科研院所文化建设现状，分析农业科研院所文化建设的意义、内涵、遵循的原则，明确其重点及目标，探索适合农业科研院所特点的文化建设新模式、新举措。
