摘要:
以北京市房山区设施番茄连作0、1、3、5、6、7、8、9、10、20年的土壤作为研究对象,通过平板计数法、测序分析法、KMnO4滴定法和比色法对土壤微生物种类及数量、土壤理化性质、土壤酶活性的变化趋势进行了分析。结果发现,土壤理化数据表明,随着连作年限的增加,土壤pH值逐渐减低,电导率、土壤全氮含量、有机质含量、有效磷含量、速效钾含量先逐步上升,后逐年下降。土壤细菌数量随连作年限增加而上升,连作6年达到最高值(2.5×108 CFU/g)后开始下降,真菌数量则在连作7年达到最高值(2.4×105 CFU/g)后下降。但细菌与真菌的比值一直呈下降趋势。过氧化氢酶活性和脲酶活性均呈现出先上升再下降的趋势,过氧化氢酶活性在连作6年达到最大值(0.87 mL/g),脲酶活性在连作5年达到最大值(2.52 mg/g)。结果表明,连作对设施番茄土壤微生物、土壤理化性质和土壤酶活性都有较深影响,特别是连作6~7年,土壤各方面的性质都出现极值。
