摘要:
研究13种具有清热解毒功效的中药对猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的体外抑菌效果，采用煎煮法制备药液，对部分临床分离的猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌致病菌株进行单味及部分复方药的体外抑菌试验，测量各药液对胸膜肺炎放线杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration，简称MIC)及最小杀菌浓度(minimum bactericidal concentration，简称MBC)。结果表明，单味中药水煎液具有显著体外抑菌活性的为五倍子，其抑菌圈直径为15 mm，MIC为7.80 mg/mL，MBC为15.60 mg/mL；五倍子与野拔子复方药液的抑菌效果优于五倍子单味药，其抑菌圈直径为 18 mm，MIC为3.90 mg/mL，MBC为7.80 mg/mL。试验结果为进一步研发以五倍子与野拔子为主要成分的抑制猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌复方中药制剂奠定基础。
