摘要:
采用DEA-Tobit两步法对福建省水稻种植的51户家庭农场和193户传统小农户的生产效率及其影响因素进行分析。结果表明,家庭农场的平均生产效率高于传统小农户,家庭农场和传统小农户的效率值分布存在差异,样本中家庭农场的面积与生产效率呈现倒“U”形分布,而传统小农户的面积与效率呈现“U”形分布的特征;影响家庭农场和传统小农户生产效率的因素之间存在差异,户主教育程度、土地细碎化、土地的肥沃程度和是否有农业技术指导对家庭农场生产效率的影响显著,而户主年龄、从事水稻种植年限、土地的肥沃程度和是否有农业技术人员指导对传统小农户生产效率的影响显著。提出积极推广水稻的生产技术,加强对农场主的技术培训以及加大力度进行土壤改良等措施的对策建议。
