摘要:
麻风树芽枯病是贵州省境内麻风树人工林中最常见、最重要的病害种类之一,其症状主要表现为叶芽不能萌发,或刚萌发即枯死,导致病株出现大量“光秆”枝条,且在病害发展后期整个枝条枯死。通过一系列研究,包括病菌的分离培养、致病性接种、形态特征观测以及rDNA-ITS序列分析,证实引起该病的病原菌为小新壳梭孢[Neofusicoccum parvum (Pennycook & Samuels) Crous,Slippers & A.J.L Phillips]。由该病原菌引起的麻风树芽枯病在国内外均系首次报道。
