摘要:
采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析比较24份薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯、薏苡根中薏苡素含量的差异,结果表明,24份薏苡种质的薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯含量存在较大差异,Y78、Y28、Y83、Y24、Y8、Y216、Y14这7份种质的薏苡仁中甘油三油酸酯含量低于0.5%,其他均高于0.5%;甘油三油酸酯含量最高的种质Y166比最低的种质Y78高 3.82倍,薏苡根中薏苡素含量最高的种质Y229比最低的种质Y211高1.22倍;种质Y166、Y164的甘油三油酸酯、薏苡素含量均较高,可作为薏苡品种选育的亲本材料。
