摘要:
国内外学者围绕农业产业链纵向协作的内涵、模式及发展特征，纵向协作的动因和作用，农业经营主体对纵向协作模式的选择参与，以及纵向协作模式的优化治理等方面进行了大量有益讨论。但现有研究缺乏对我国农业部门纵向协作模式演进轨迹的总结，以及各时期典型纵向协作模式的纵向比较；对不同纵向协作模式在农业产业链中的适用边界和效率鲜有讨论；结合契约治理和关系治理2种手段对我国农业产业链纵向协作模式进行治理优化的实证研究也少有涉及。因此，对纵向协作模式的效率与适用边界进行分析，并将协作主体契约选择与关系整合引入农业产业链纵向协作治理的实证研究中，并基于分析和实证结论，围绕纵向协作主体之间有效契约与稳定关系的形成，探索我国农业产业链纵向协作的治理构架和优化条件，将是未来研究的重点内容。
