摘要:
可持续企业的商业实践，特别是农产品企业主动响应环境要求的案例，正日益受到从业界和学者们的关注。通过把商业模式的要素应用到同时关注环境可持续性和大众市场的小微生态农产品的企业实践中，通过分析生态企业商业模式的构成要素以及要回答和解决的关键问题，提出了生态企业的4种商业模型，并根据所关注的环境范围、市场和盈利能力的不同选择不同类型的商业模型。初创型小微生态企业适宜采用增长模式和生存模式，随着企业的发展壮大，逐步向收入模式和和投机模式过渡。采用增长模式的小微企业，适宜采用差异化战略，用较高的产品质量和生态质量吸引环保型消费者的青睐。而采用生存模式的生态企业，适宜采取成本驱动型战略，与其他类型的生态企业相比具有成本优势，而与非生态产品相比具有质量优势，其目标市场可以定位于中小型市场。
