摘要:
为在研究不同复合色素对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,将270羽54周龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,对照组饲喂小麦型基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别饲喂基础日粮中添加5 g/t斑蝥黄+10 g/t阿朴酯、5 g/t斑蝥黄+10 g/t叶黄素的试验日粮。结果表明,添加色素不影响蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋蛋白高度、哈夫单位。与对照组相比,2个色素组均显著提高鲜蛋、煎蛋和煮蛋的蛋黄罗氏比色扇值、红度和黄度值(P<0.05),显著降低鲜蛋和煮蛋亮度值(P<0.05),且试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组间无显著差异。提示斑蝥黄分别与阿朴酯、叶黄素复配均可提高鲜蛋、煎蛋和煮蛋的蛋黄颜色,2种组合的着色效果相当。
